Hi, we’re Dirk & Issy…

We are a local couple who have lived in Newquay for most of our lives, we absolutely love it here!

We have 3 young children & run our holiday let business around our family life. Issy organises the bookings & Dirk builds & maintains the flats.

FAQs

How do I book?

Please submit a request via our contact page – or direct email via isabel@hotshotspromotions.co.uk we will be in touch to confirm as soon as possible.

Are dogs allowed?

We welcome the furry family at George 24, with a secure garden for them to explore. We don’t allow dogs on thr furniture, upstairs or to be left unattended. Dogs are £50 each & need to be requested when booking.

Is there a deposit?

Yes, we require a 50% of the total price on booking & a behaviour deposit of £500 via paypal or bank transfer, which we return once you depart the property. Please see our full Terms & Conditions here.

How much is the behaviour bond and how do I get it back?

The returnable behaviour bond is £500 and should be paid via Paypal to yourpackage.southwest@gmail.com  Assuming there are no breakages, behaviour problems or damage, the £500 will be refunded back to your Paypal account.  Please allow 7 days for the deposit to be retuned.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check in is from 4.30pm and check out is by 10am.  If you require an early check in or a late check out this can be arrange for an additional charge, subject to availability.

How do I check in?

Remote check-in, guests access the keys via lock box. Details provided prior to arrival.

Do you supply linen and towels?

Yes, all the bedding, linen and towels are provided.

Do you accept hen and stag dos?

Yes, we welcome hen and stag dos, although quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.

Is there anywhere for us to keep our luggage before check in or after check out?

Unfortunately there is nowhere on site for our guests to leave luggage although there is a company just down the road where you can leave your luggage for the day at a rate of £5 per bag.  Please email for further details.

Can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking but unfortunately you will lose the deposit you have already paid.  If the date of cancellation is 8 weeks  or less than your date of arrival then you will be liable to pay the full amount.

Is there parking?

There is 2 allocated space at Blue Door with an additional paid car park just 50m down the road.

What do we do if we have a problem?

Is the house fully equipped?

Yes! We’ve considered everything. From the kitchen to hand towels we provide everything you need. (Including limited supplies of: Toilet roll, hand soap, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea & coffee)

Travelling with kids?

We have cots & high-chairs available upon request. Please let us know when booking if you require these.
